The Congress will be held in Auditoriums of the Universities of the Basque Country (day 2 in the "Euskalduna" Conference Centre and Concert Hall ) and Deusto (days 3 and 4 in the University of Deusto Auditorium), located in the city of Bilbao: Map 1 - Map 2

Bilbao is home to two universities, the oldest of which is the University of Deusto, founded by the Jesuits in 1886. This institution was the only one that offered university education in the city until the establishment in 1968 of the University of Bilbao, which later (specifically in 1980) became the current University of the Basque Country.
